What Causes Persistent Watery Stools With Yellow Mass?

I often get very watery poop with traces of yellow along with odd strings of brown soft poop included into it, no blood traces as far as im aware. no apparent reason for it, today after a normal poop i felt the urge to continue however the watery poop with a yellowing tinge seemed to follow a very normal poop why would this be , should i get some tests done, should i be worried,.I always know when this sort of poop is happening it takes no effort and flows out my butt easily, im worried. please help..
