What Causes Persisting Dizziness?

I have been suffering from dizziness for 3 months now. Doc thought possible TIA but not confirmed. All other tests normal. I have been good for two days until today when I crossed my legs and now I feel awful, is it possible it has to do with me crossing my legs!

It sounds like you may have labyrinthitis which is a condition of the middle ear. It can persist for days to weeks. It can become worse by simply moving your head to one side or the other. I don't think just moving your legs caused the dizziness. Your doctor can prescribe medication like meclizine or scopolamine patches. You could also try Dramamine OTC.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help
