I recently (3 weeks ago) changed my running technique to landing on front of foot. To focus on the change I ran an easy pace, limited to 30 minutes on treadmill. Noticed petechaie scattered over calf only, concentrated especially in lower calf and inside. After the first petechaie appeared I took a week off for them to go away then resumed the easy 30 minute runs. Otherwise healthy and complete several miles in a run. Thanks for your consideration.
