I am 46 years old female with petechaie rash that will appear and then go away. It goes from my feet up my leg and also on my arms. I had a kidney stone last week and they tested my blood (CBC and also tested liver and kidney function with blood work) all came back normal. When I have the rash I am noticeably more tired and exhausted. I have felt run down the past month and now have a dry cough the past week. What could this be?
