What Causes Picking Pain In Chest After Having Panic Attack?

I started having a panic attack a week ago I had gotten really scared and that night I couldn t sleep keep jumping up with fear all night my chest was hurting and my heart was pounding ever. Since I ve been having picking pains in my chest is this something to do with that panic attack

Your symptoms are related to anxiety..panic attacks sould be evaluated immediately.get anEcg ,2D echo Ct brain to rule out any blocks.Consult your cardiologist immediately for expert management.thankyou
