Sexual arousal causes clear to milky white penile discharge, during ejaculation, the discharge is white contains semen and sperm. These are normal penile discharge. However, penile yeast infections may also cause white thick discharge. It is due to Candida overgrowth; it occurs after having penile-vaginal intercourse with someone who has a vaginal yeast infection.
Both your partner and you should take a course of antifungal medication and take care of your hygiene. If you have multiple partners, it can be indicative of STI. STI also causes white penile discharge with pain and irritation. STIs are spread through unprotected penile, anal, or oral sex. Avoid multiple partners and always perform safe sex. Get STD test done to detect chlamydia, trichomoniasis, gonorrhea, etc. Antivirals and antibiotics will be administered for treatment if tests are positive.
