What Causes Piercing Pain In The Chest?

Hello, I was diagnosed with pneumonia a month ago. The doctor gave me amoxicillin tablets to take for five days. My breathing improved and I regained my lost energy within the five-day prescription period. I thought I had recovered. However, after two weeks, I still sometimes feel pearcing chest pain once in a while, but overall, my breathing is perfect and I do not have fatigue. This has continued up to today. What should I do? I also sometimes feel backpain and leg and joint pains
