Hi! I recently purchased a pair of flat shoes that may have been too tight for my feet. I wore them a few times but after the third time I noticed on my left foot that the knuckles on my toes had got dark(really dark compared to my skin complexion which is really fair). They re not hard, so I wouldn t consider it to be a callous. My feet are still soft its just that my toe knuckles are dark! How can I get rid of those dark toe knuckles?
Hello Thank you for posting at HCM. Apply moisturizers containing Elovera regularly and as you are saying it is really dark, mild skin lightening agents like those containing Hydroquinone 2% lotion can be used once daily for a maximum of 3 weeks at a stretch. Pigmentation can develop at sites of friction without callus formation. I would like to know whether the pigmentation developed only on left foot or is present over both feet.
Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
