General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It may be due to smegma.

As they are asymptomatic, no need for any active management.

Maintain proper hygiene.

Avoid harsh cosmetic products.

In case of bleeding, you may require surgical intervention after surgeon consultation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr Shyam Kale, Family and general physician
