What Causes Pimple Like Bumps On The Chest After Using Imiquiod?
I am using imiquiod on my BCC site on my chest. I have started to break out with what looks like pimples near it. Could this be a side effect, or caused from the Vaseline my dr. told me to use on it during the dy? Also, I believe I may have scratched the site open a bit this morning with a wash cloth. So should I not put the medicine on it tonight?

Could be an acne bump due to occlusion from vaseline. I suggest you put Benzoyl peroxide 2.5 % gel on it.
