I have a friend that I have been intimate with. He has gaucher s disease. He also gets these lumps/giant pimple looking things on his neck that he likes to pick at and they smell horrible. Could the two be related? I was recently diagnosed with HPV- have fortunately never had any symptoms, but I m wondering if in his embarassment of us being long time friends, that he might not have mentioned that he has HPV and the things on his neck are actually some type of wart. He has to get them taken off periodically. Also, for his gaucher s he gets treatments every two weeks. I m not doubting that he probably has gaucher s but I do have concerns for my health.
