Yes Hi I am 18 years old and I have never had sex (oral or otherwise) and I seem to have these small pimple like bumps on my penis and like 4 years ago I was really freaked out and went to my doctor then got refereed to a dermatologist (Skin care doctor don't know if that's the right way of spelling it) and before I could meet them my families Medical Insurance was gone and I could never meet the person for help. So as a shy kid I decided to do nothing and hoped they'd go away, but they haven't.
