What Causes Pimple Like Swelling In The Shaft Of Penis?
hello I am a 35 yr old male and had sex just over 48 hours ago... within a few hours I noticed a bit of itching but figured it was from shaving my genetials the day before. The next day I had 2 pimple like things on my head of my penis and a couple inflamed areas on my shaft...Is this herpes so quickly after sexual contact? or Balantitis?

The swelling may be infection like balanitis or STI and injury. In many cases, it may be 'normal' like pearly penile papule. Please do not ignore. Get checked by doctor. Maintain hygiene.
