What Causes Pimple On Back Bone Which Bleeds Occasionally?

Hello Doctor, I have a some kind of pimple type something on my backbone at the end of back bone... means hips, And this from last 2 years, It sometime bleeds specially in winter season which make so irritating for me because of blood spot in my pant at back, but in summer season its stop bleeding,

Hi.
As per your case history you are having either a sebaceous cyst or pyogenic granuloma.
My treatment advice is -
1. Don't squeeze the lesions as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily.
3. Take a NSAID like ibuprofen for pain.
4. Curative treatment is excision, cauterization or cryotherapy done only by a dermato-surgeon.
