Recently everytime I pop a pimple it turns into this big fissured dry sore. I originally thought that it was a cold sore (they appeared on the corners of my mouth) But they looked more like Angular stomatitis, which is what I thought it was after researching more into it, and now I popped a pimple on my chin aboput a week ago, and it has turned into a big fissured cracked sore that looks exactly like the ones on the corners of my mouth it's about 5 times bigger than the pimple was too
