my son is having white small raised spots like pimple which are dry with no pain or itchyness, they come and go at knees elbow and now on fingers joints .....he had undergone a puj obstruction surgury 6 month ago,i am worried if it is any infection related to that surgury please advice
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have pimples in knee and elbow joints which is mainly due to increased susceptibility of your body getting infected and clogging of skin pores, stress and dehydration. It could be due to postinflammatory hyperpigmentation. I would suggest you to avoid exposure to oily, greasy and sharp food substances. Drink plenty of water. Apply vitamin E oil at night. Apply cotton dipped in tea tree oil and apply them on scars. Visit dermatologist once and get it examined and go for micro-peeling and dermabrasion. You can apply aloe vera gel on them as well. Wash your skin 2-3 times a day with mild soap and warm water to prevent the accumulation of oil ,dust and bacteria on your skin.Take diet rich in vitamin E.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
