What Causes Pimples Near The Eyes And Wrists Of A Toddler?

My daughter of year 3 is having some pimples kind(but not pimples) near to wrist she has 2 ad 2 small in the eye lid. When we asked the child specialist they told after she grown by we have to burn and remove . But i can see after 4 weeks i can another one is coming on the eye lid. Is there any way to avoid in future she dont get more is there any way to clear the existing 4 pimple kind without burn

Hello,

I will often watch these kinds of hard bumps for quite awhile before trying to burn off. Sometimes they are just a build up of dead skin that forms Keratin hard balls just under skin.

Sometimes this is molluscum, which are smooth topped, sometimes purple bumps. Those will also resolve over months.

If the ones in the eyelid are having any discharge, then that's a stye. It's hard to advise without a photo - but those are my thoughts. Common warts are not harmful in and of themselves, so you can always watch them.
