What Causes Pimples On Face With Pus Oozing Out When Pressed?
hi doctor,
my name s sheela n am 23 yrs old.....m jus married 3 mnths b4....am 60kg and 164 cm hgt...i hav tiny pimple lik thing on my face which remains as such 4 even mnths..but wen i pres it i can c whit hard thing coming 4rm it...and in doing so itleaves a mark behind...same way i hav got big sswelling in underarm as well as inbetween chest.......it pains so much....it also remains 4 many days n when i press it a thick white us coes out...pls help me....

I can understand your concern for pimples at the age of 23 years. You have not mentioned your marital status and related medical history so that I could have helped you better for the pus oozing pimples .
In general pimples occur till the age of 25 years and rarely can occur till 30 years due to hormonal problems or due to stress.
There are certain instructions which you can follow such as not to pinch, pop or squeeze any area on face and not applying any creamy or oily stuff or any other cosmetics over face.
Avoid any home remedies suggested by your friends direct continuous exposure to sunlight or heat and humidity for long hours. If I were your treating doctor then would have prescribed you an antibiotic gel such as clindamycin to be appleid over pimples.
You can meet a dermatologist for further guidance.
