General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It could be due to peri menopausal hormonal changes. Generally no treatment is required and it will resolve spontaneously. If symptoms persist you may require hormone replacement therapy.
Consult your gynaecologist and he will direct you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
