What Causes Pin Prick Sensation In The Scrotum?
I have a pin prick sensation in the scrotum, it comes and goes but is quite the most uncomfortable thing I have ever felt. It continues over the penius and is only slated by sudacream twice a day. what could be causing it? I have had the same partner for 6 years with no exceptions and it started 2 weeks ago

May be because of allergy/irritation to the cream you started using recently. So, please stop using the cream and visit a doctor for examination and further management. All the best.
