What Causes Pin Prick Sensations On Legs And Arms?
I have tiny pinprick sensations on my legs and arms that seem to happen in the summer when out in the heat. Once it starts the first time it s hot, every time I go out, even for just a couple of minutes, it returns. It last for hours even after I m inside with the AC on and have cooled down. What causes it and how can I prevent and treat it? Donna

it may be nerve compression at legs and shoulder level.you have to do stretching exercises of shoulder joint and lower limbs.do some ice massage on pain full area for 2-5minutes.you do that treatment if you feel better than you go for physiotherapy treatment ,in that some machine treatment will available for you.
