What Causes Pinching Sensation In The Head Of The Penis?

I have a slight pinching at the end of my penis head and it has been like that for some time. I ve had multiple hernia repairs and due for a third repair on the 19th of this month just wondering if the pinching is due to the fact that I m living with an open inguinal hernia

Hello,

Common reason for your symptom is infection, inflammation, hurt/injury, nerve pinch or medical conditions like balanitis, STD in case of multiple partners.

Infections or inflammation of the bladder or prostate can also cause penile pain.

Penile cancer is another cause for penile pain. You are suggested to get clinically examined & treated at the earliest. Get STD tests done to stay on the safer side.

Take care of your hygiene & wear cotton clothes. Avoid sex if you are not comfortable. Inform your surgeon so that you can have a flow up linical examination done & treated.
