I've gone through your query. I can understand your anxiety.
In case of Pink Discharge , it's important to rule out pregnancy. Because it could be a sign of 1.ovulation 2. Implantation or 3. an outcome of your impending periods or other conditions too
I advice you to, - do HPT or to do serum beta HCG levels to rule out pregnancy - Take iron & calcium supplements. - consult your gynaecologist for further assistance.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Get well soon.
