Hi a friend of mine just called me and told me that when he went to the bathroom to pee and he said that he was peeing ok then suddenly he felt a rush flow and something thick came out and a pinkish urination color and he been complaining that his back hurts also and he frecuently pees alot...

You friend needs to meet a urologist and get an ultrasound abdomen and pelvis and urine routine. he might have passed a clot as thick and then blood in urine with back ache suggesting symptoms related to urine tract.
Urinary stones, urine infection and malignancy can all cause this. Ask your friend to meet the doctor.
