Hello,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.
I have read your question fully and understand your concerns.
If you are taking the pill regularly and not missed even a single pill, it is very unlikely that you would be pregnant.
The pinkish discharge that you are having could be most likely due to minor trauma of the blood vessels of vaginal walls which could have occurred during sexual intercourse.
The pink discharge and the mild cramps could also be due a cervical erosion/
cervical ectropion. This is a very common occurrence when the woman is on the
contraceptive pill or during
pregnancy or during
puberty. Due to female hormones, the cells on the inside of the cervical canal migrate outside to the
cervix. These cells are more friable and delicate and can bleed easily, especially during intercourse.
As this is the first episode you could wait and see if this settles on its own and if repeats again or not. If you are having repeated spotting, then kindly see your gynaecologist who may evaluate you further.
I hope this answer has helped you.
Thank you
Regards
