Hello and welcome to HCM,
The day of your unprotected intercourse coincides with ovulation.
Thus, there are chances of pregnancy since intercourse took place on day of ovulation.
Urine pregnancy test can be done to confirm or rule out pregnancy.
However, the pink colored discharge is not suggestive of pregnancy.
Pink colored discharge and lower abdominal pain can occur during ovulation and it is harmless.
If the discharge continues for long period or if recurs, then you can consult your gynecologist for clinical assessment and relevant investigations if required.

Thanks and take care
