Hi....I have pink lumps in the back of my throat. My throat hurts really bad and I keep sneezing so that makes it feel worse. Also my throat continues to ich but I don t wanna scratch it because I think that ll make it worse. Do you think you might know what this is?
Hello, Most likely you are suffering from an infection that can be viral, bacterial or fungal in nature. Rinse with warm salt water, keep well hydrated, take Anutiinflammitory or antihistamine medication and various cold or flu remedies that address your particular symptoms. I recommend practicing gentle dental care and avoiding irritants. A sinus infection with post nasal drip may be causing your symptoms. Saline spray can soothe your nasal passages. If severe or your condition persists, see your physician for a correct diagnosis and possible medication. Viral sources usually need time to run through your system, bacterial infections may require an antibiotic such as amoxicillin and thrush often needs Nystatin. Acidophilus may help regain a natural flora balance. Thank you for your inquiry. I hope you feel better soon.
