What Causes Pink Tinge Of Blood In Bowel Movement?
I used a ducolox suppository today had relief within 30 minutes then about 6 really soft bowel movements. The last one had a pink tinge of blood. That was about 6 hours ago. I just had another BM and there was an increased amount of pink discharge with clear mucous in a much deeper shade of pink. It had no stool color at all. I am a female who has not had a BM in about 5 days

I really appreciate your concern, Dulcolex suppository can only be used where it is highly indicated, if the constipation is due to lack of fiber diet and less amount of water taken then it should not be used else it may cause the local irritation of rectum wall erosion type of lesion that might oozing the blood, it could be just temporary symptoms once the lesion healed hope this information helps.
