What Causes Pinkish Discharge During 40th Week Of Pregnancy?

Im 40 weeks & 4 days pregnant. Ive been having frequent contractions varies from 5-7 to 5-10 mins apart for the past 5 hrs. When i used the restroom i seen alot of orange / pinkish discharge. Will i go into real labor anytime soon in the next day or two?? And when will it be a good time to go to the hospital??
