What Causes Pinkish Spotting During Pregnancy?

Hi i would like to know can i possibly be pregnant..? Is it to early to test..? My last menstrual period was April 11, 2015 but previously on February 12, 2015 i had a D&C done i lost my baby at 10 weeks. Anyways, after my period on April 11, 2015 i had it for 4 days but on April 25, 2015 i started bleeding very light like a brownish/pinkish and it lasted to days & on April 28, 2015 i was having pain in my pelvis it felt like i was having pressure in my vaginal area with slight cramps to my back it only lasted at least 2 hours. The presure & cramps i felt, felt the same way when i was pregnant with my son 2 years ago. Hope you can give me an answer, please & thank you.

Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Midcycle pain and bleeding can be due to ovulation and is known as Mittelschmerz bleeding. However, if you are also having cramps in lower abdomen after ovulation, that is on day 17 of your cycle, then it can be due to implantation.
It is too early to make a diagnosis, and therefore I would suggest you to wait for the period, if they are delayed then do get a urine pregnancy test done and further management should be done accordingly.
Other causes of such pain and bleeding should be ruled out by proper examination and investigations.
