What Causes Pinkish Tinged Urine At The End Of Urine Stream?

I am 49 years old. I did a half hour of exercise on September 19 and had sex that felt dry and kind of burning on September 21, then again on September 24, I had a half hour of exercise again, which was running and walking. I am now experiencing pink tinged droplets at the end of my urine stream. Does this sound more serious than exercise-induced hematuria or from too much friction of the urethra during sex?

Hello and welcome to HCM.
Pinkish droplets needs a urine routine test to know if there's blood in the urine.During intercourse,only penile skin is in contact, not the urethra.But, the pinkish droplet has come out from the urethra most probably, as you don't see any bruise outside.As an Urologist, i would advise you to use some jelly or vaseline, if the penile skin feels very dry.If you have any other doubt, you can contact me by name.
