Hello, I have gone through your query and understood the concern. As per your description of the symptoms, it appears that you are experiencing urinary tract infection. Please see a urologist for further evaluation and management. Urinalysis, sonogram of the pelvic region and routine blood counts and a proper clinical evaluation are needed. Take adequate liquids. A urethroscopy may also be needed under anesthesia to detect local lesions. Hope this helps.
