Hi,Thanks for your query. After going through your query I came to know that you may be having carpal tunnel syndrome in right hand. It can be confirmed by nerve conduction test of upper limb nerves. Treatment of it is rest to wrist and hand. For pain relief you can take analgesic such as ibuprofen. Vitamin B and C are helpful in recovering. For pins and needles neurotropic agents like Mecobalamine will be of help. If not relieved by this treatment then triamcilone injection in carpal tunnel give relief. Sometimes in resistant release of carpal tunnel is done by operation. Second possibility is compression of nerves in neck . MRI of Cervical spine will add in diagnosis. You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it. I do hope that you have found something helpful. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries. Wishing you good health. Take care.
