What Causes Pins And Needles In Temple Area And Headache?

Hi doc my niece gets this pins and needles in her temples, she says its pains around her head(where a Ellisband) will go. she is taking Iron and vitamin tablets as she use to be Aneamic. She actually fainted the other night. i am thinking perhaps she has low blood pressure. what do you think?
