Pins and needles sensation could be due to dryness of the eyes caused by continuous use of computers for a long duration over the day. After every 2 hours of continuous work in front of the screen, relax your eyes by closing them for 2 minutes. You could use an lubricating eye drop. If the strain is much you need to get your eye sight checked by a doctor.
