What Causes Popping Sound In Leg And Pain In Back And Neck?

When I lay on the bed and bring my right leg up and down, it makes a poping sounds..I carried boxes in the past balancing on my hip bone,I think I damaged it..Then on top of this, my back and back of my neck becomes tired when I stand for a long time..Okay walking, not standing..The middle of my back and lower back..
