What Causes Positive And Negative Pregnancy Test Results And Pelvis Pain?

I have got two positive pregancy test and I tested a couple more times and they came out negative. Now I am having really bad stomach pains so bad I can t stand up straight it even hurts in my pelvis I don t know what to do or think. What could cause this?

Hello and thank you for the question.

If you had a positive pregnancy test, REGARDLESS OF THE NEGATIVE TESTING, and you are now having bad stomach pains, then the possibility of a miscarriage or an ectopic pregnancy (a pregnancy in a fallopian tube) exists. You need to seek care with your doctor or the ER immediately. This cannot be ignored and must be sorted out with a blood HCG level and an ultrasound of the pelvis.
