What Causes Post Nasel Drip After Teeth Extraction?

I have been dealing with a post nasel drip for about two years. I moved to DO for about a year in which that seems to be when all this nasel drip started after having all my top teeth extracted then dentures. Since then I have been this nasel problem. Ugh I take allergy tabs as told by a doctor, I have alliminated dairy I do a nasel wash . Could getting those teeth extraction really cause sinus issues

Sometimes during an extraction, you can get what we call an oro-antral communication . An oro-antral communication is when a hole is left between the mouth and the sinus after a procedure such as an extraction. If it doesn't close up and heal, things can get into the sinus and cause problems. But i could not rule out any such thing with above complaints...consult an ENT surgeon get an evaluation done...
