I have normal low blood pressure - usually 110 over 58 or so; sometimes no reason for this, but I get a pounding headache in the front of my forhead; near top of head; I acutally feel my pulse - what the heck is this - I m 56; about 40 lbs overweight - trying to lose weight - but this is annoying
I had gone through your question I can understand your concern about your Hypotension and pulsating head ache.
Low blood pressure is one of the main cause for migraine headache. Because of low blood flow to the brain there is transient ischemia to the brain tissue which cause severe pain to the head but when the receptors are activated and leads to more blood flow to Brain these pulsation with pain can be perceived.
Don't move or use your muscles at the time of severe throbing head ache. Have some analgesics like paracetamol at the time of migraine episode like and remain still for some time. You need address the cause of Hypotension in consultation with cardiologist.
Hope my answer will help you and write us back if you feel any further assistance needed.
