But better to first rule out heart diseases (arrhythmia). So consult cardiologist and get done blood pressure monitoring, ecg, 2d echo and Holter monitoring (24 hour continuous monitoring of ecg). If all these are normal then no need to worry for heart diseases. If you are having stressful life then avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm. Consult psychiatrist and get done counselling sessions. Try to identify stressor in your life and start working on its solution. You may need anxiolytic drugs too. Don't worry, you will be alright.
