What Causes Pounding & Pulsing Of Head While Travelling?
"what does it mean when your head starts pounding and paulsing especially when I am riding a bike up hill to the severity where i have to stop ... last time it happened I ended up in the ER and end up with no answer.... It has happen three times in a month

A headache can be of many reasons. The most common being migraine. Other causes can be cluster headaches, stress headaches etcetera. If headaches are too frequent need to go to a general practitioner for history and examination to come to a diagnosis. Usually, no preliminary scans required. Graded analgesia was given for treatment and easily control. Lifestyle modification also advises like decreasing tea or coffee or alcohol and smoking whichever can be triggering factors.
