What Causes Pregnancy Symptoms And Still Not Pregnant?

I have seen many doctors, they all time me I am not pregrant. But I am showing all the signs beiging pregant. They only do a vaganial ultrsound not one on the outside. I also need to know can i be pregant on the outside of the utereus. PLease help get some answers

Pregnancy outside uterus is known as ectopic pregnancy it is most commonly in tubes ....it may be in ovary, abdomen , cervix...all are better diagnosed by transvaginal usg so no need of abdominal usg ...if want to confirm ...hcg levels should be done ...which in case of uterine pregnancy doubles in 48 hrs...not double in ectopic pregnancy.
