What Causes Pregnancy Symptoms And Test To Be Negative?

hi.i am happy and scared...i miss my period for last 5 days have all pregnancy symptoms but my pregnancy test shows i am not pregnant...what could be???i had 3 three days bleeding last week which was a light pink colour and wasnt strong at all....could this be pregnancy??or could i be sick with something??? please help me i wish i was pregnant

If you had bleeding for three days, the possibility of pregnancy is very remote.
Pregnancy test on urine or by ultrasonography are not reliable so early - after 5 days after missing a period. These tests should be carried out 8-10 days after missed period. Beta hCG test is very specific and sensitive which can give reliable results 2-3 days after missing the period.
Pregnancy is only suspected on early symptoms - not diagnosed. It is diagnosed by clinical examination, urine pregnancy test and/or ultrasonography done after proper time.
