What Causes Pregnancy Symptoms Despite Negative Pregnancy Test Results?

hi i am just wandering what is wrong with my body, ive missed my period by 5 days ive taken 2 pregnancy tests both which are negative, though i feel pregnant and have been havin nearlly all symptoms of bein pregnant like exhausted, feeling and being sick, very sore breasts, goin to the loo all the time moody, emotional, backache bloated, have tried everything i can think of to bring my period on but still no sign is there any chance i could still be pregnant even with a negative test? ive had 3 pregnancies before

Sorry that you are going through this. It is frustrating. It is unlike that you are pregnant with all
*how old are you?
*have you had any menstrual irregularities before?

Ovarian cysts can be a benign cause of menstrual irregularities. Other causes include thyroid hormone imbalances, stress, travel, illness, major lifestyle changes, sudden weight changes.

I recommend :
-wait for another week. If no period, take another pregnancy test.
- an OBGYN consult (even if no pregnancy)
-an ultrasound abdomen to rule out ovarian cysts
-blood tests (hemoglobin, TSH, prolactin)

Ovarian cysts usually resolve in 2-3 months without treatment. If persists or bigger than 5cms,will need medications or intervention.
