What Causes Premature Ejaculation And Erection Problems After Marriage?

Hi doctors.I just got married.when I tried to have sex with my wife, my erection goes down and some times semen release soon.i don't no what is my problem.but I get strong erection on other time even I get erection while hugging or kissing her.I don't no what is my problem.?please do help me.
