What Causes Premature Ejaculation And Pain In Penis After Ejaculation?

I am 27 yrs old. Suffering from premature ejaculation. Whenever I trying to have sex with my GF, I ejaculating before inserting into vagina. Its much Irritating. Means some seconds after Erection.My other problems - Drops of urine after urinating - Pain in penis after ejaculation for 3 to 4 hrs (but only when it erects) I'm still virgin.Please provide a solution as I heard, a normal guy can have atleast 5mnts erection

Premature ejaculation is a very frustrating experience for couple. Male partner develops guilt and female partner does not get satisfied. Premature ejaculation occurs due to anxiety. An anxious mind activates sympathetic system of body. This sympathetic stimulation cause poor erection and early ejaculation. It must be treated and fortunately now a days good medicines are available.You may consult a psychiatrist for getting prescribed these medicines.

Now coming to dribbling of urine- it is a sign of urinary tract infection (UTI). And having pain in penis after ejaculation further points towards UTI. Urinary infection must be treated at the earliest. Take plenty of water, take fruits and raw vegetables containing vit c like lemon, tomato, cherries, berries, oranges etc. Get urine culture done and consult a physician who may advise some antibiotic, urinary alkaliser, urinary analgesic medicines for few days for cure.
