What Causes Premature Ejaculation?
Good morning doctor,I am a 42 year old male experience premature ejaculation in a severe degree and I can barely last seconds after penetration. This is having an escalating strain maritally. I ve been told that some anti-depressants would help, unfortunately I am not permitted to be on them. I have been advised that it could be a trigger for a bipolar episode, a condition from which I suffer. Please help, I am desperate for a solution.Regards Stephen
