What Causes Premature Ejaculation?

why have i become premature all of a sudden? Im 32 and i dont sleep around ive only ever been with one partner she is my world and this is putting a strain on our relationship, the first thing i noticed was that the amount of sperm i ejaculated reduced to almost nothing around six months ago, and recently ive also had problems keeping an erection in the last couple of months too whats wrong with me?

That sounds like you need to see a urologist because your entire physical reactions in that field seem to have changed. Don’t be afraid of the urologist. He will carefully examine your organs, most likely do a sonography and test your urine and sperm for signs of an infection.
