What Causes Premature Greying Of Hair?

Hi Doctor im 27 year old guy, i see lot of grey hairs on my head but recently found that few of them do exist on my beard and moustache and also getting bald, i have normal food habits and im vegetarian i am very much concerned dont know what to do please do help me .. Thanks in advance

As per your case history of premature graying of hair, my treatment advice is:

1. Premature graying of hair is either genetic or vitamin deficiency.
2. Take good nutritious diet full of green leafy vegetables and milk.
3. Take an iron supplement and vitamin B12 supplement once daily for 3 months.
4. Other treatment options are topical steroid, injectable vitamin B12 given only after consulting a dermatologist.
