I am a healthy, very physically active 43 year old woman. For the past month or so I have been experience the following...head feels hot, slight pressure, slight bulging feeling behind eyes. Ocassional pinching in neck and arm veins on both sides. Feels like I can feel the blood pumping through my body and I constantly wake up at night with a panicked or weird feeling. As I m falling asleep the feeling of pressure and pumping builds up in my neck and behind my ears. Instead of feeling sleep, I feel dizzy as I m dozing off. Sometimes I feel weak in my arms and legs. What do you think?
